• Multinational company that, due to its business growth, is searching for a professional to implement and develop the HR department - currently has 100 employees.
  

Descrição

• Lead and be involved in the recruitment processes with the Managers;


• Develop the career development and promotion processes, ensuring compliance with company rules;


• Ensure talent retention through modern HR development policies;


• Prepare relevant reports to Managers on employees' performance;


• Guarantee and coordinate employees' evaluation process on a regular basis;


• Prepare the training plan, coordinate and monitor it ensuring its compliance with local legislation


• Manage and Control HR/Payroll procedures;


• Follow up on Admin and Payroll matters.

Perfil ideal

• At least 7 years of experience in Human Resources;


• Fluent English skills and Good level of Spanish (both mandatory);


• Highly customer oriented mindset and ability to translate customer needs into adequate HR solutions;


• People acumen and understanding of business networks and ability to build and leverage relevant and strong connections with other stakeholders;


• Communicate pro-actively: Strong communication skills, verbal and written, able to present, train and persuade others in difficult situations.
