Sales Development Representative

Responsibility:
The main task is making outbound calls to qualify leads for projects using a call listYou will also need to generate his/her own leads from any available source
Organize/categorize leads in client CRM and make necessary follow-ups
Schedule appointments for the sales rep
Answer sales phone calls and respond to sales inquiries on webchat
Create potentials and quotes in CRM
Follow up with clients on open potentials
Ensuring a successful cycle throughout the sale process
During the off-season, may be assigned by the client to perform ad hoc or admin work.
Requirements:
Experience working remotely is a plus
Have handled customer support needs of US/UK clients
Experience cold calling, lead generating and achieving sales targetsStrong, professional communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation.
Has great problem-solving skills
Can work with minimum supervision
Open to working in shifts
Has a conducive remote working environment
Has a stable internet connection, hardware, and power ? with backups in case of outages
Equipment:
8gb RAM and Core i3 above or equivalent processor (required)
