Office Management Specialist Full-time

THE ROLE


Reporting to the Office Coordinator, you understand that the office is the physical manifestation of the Farfetch brand and oversee the daily and long-term maintenance of the high standard of luxury and progress that it represents. Farfetch employees are your customers and your role is to amaze them.


WHAT YOU'LL DO


  • Office porterage, including office moves, furniture moves, deliveries and collections

  • Logging and reporting all technical faults and arranging all office equipment fixtures and fittings

  • Co-ordinating parking availability, security passes and the booking in of visitors and clients

  • Manage periodic health and safety checks and risk assessments

  • Preparing, printing, binding and archiving, all company documents and reports

  • Monitoring and maintaining stationary stock levels

  • Booking both domestic and international couriers

  • Providing support and cover on reception when necessary


WHO YOU ARE


  • 3 / 5 years of experience

  • Reliability and discretion: you will often learn of confidential matters

  • Organizational and Problem Solving Skills

  • Communication skills

  • Knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint

  • Fluence in English language
