  Fund industry has been booming and going through several regulatory changes such as AIFMD. In order to be in line with AIFM directive, eligible fund had to perform Ownership Verification and Record Keeping (?OVRK?) on the asset.

  
  

Your Main Activities Are

• Verification of all the notices received for each loan portfolio subject to OVRK

  
  

• Trades input verification

  
  

• Responsibility for the Verification of the notices processed against the information within the system to ensure that any notices that arrived are processed correctly

  
  

• On a semi-annual basis, dealing and managing any incoming e-mails for loan fund subject to OVRK, the team member will be responsible to perform reconciliation to the whole positions of the clients

  
  

• Ownership Verification and Record Keeping (OVRK) activities of Loans on a daily basis

  
  

• Participating in internal reporting activities to measure the quality of operations (KPIs)

  
  

• Identifying risks in a timely and efficient manner to ensure the best chance of mitigating them

  
  

• Contributing to the completion and maintenance of operational procedures and SLA
