Position Description:

CGI is looking for a Cyberark Administrator / Systems Administrator to join our team.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

The Job main activities:

• Maintaining CYBERARK infrastructure in operational condition (MCO)
• Organizing and managing account onboarding
• Maintaining automation scripts
• Level 2 support for LITs for 22 European countries
• Incident management (production or user)
• Admin request management (linked to user?s need on the infrastructure)
• Change Management (Small evolution on infrastructure)
• Server?s Task (recursive tasks: backup, monitoring ?)

Technical scope of the service:

• Server Inventory solution (BMC discovery) for automatic onboarding
• Active Directory CYBERARK group and account management
• Cyberark Safe and Account management
• Windows server environment

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Skills & Basic Features:
Essential :

• English Required ? (Written, Read and Spoken)
• Linux and Windows infrastructure (Satellite, SCCM,..)
• CYBERARK infrastructure (SAFE, PWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP,..)
• Communication skills, Dynamism, Synthetic and Resilient
  
• Scripting (Shell, PowerShell, VBS,..)
• Project management skills (Planning, Deadlines, deliverables, risk analysis, reporting,..)

Desirable :

• 3 years of experience;
• Strive continuously for customer satisfaction;
• Aim to deliver very high quality results;
• Respect the procedures, methodologies and directives;
• Good capability of managing stress and conflicts;
• Good listening and questioning ability;
• Good learning skills;
