HRA Analyst with English

You come with:
Bachelor’s Degree or under graduation;
1-year experience in HR department focused on HRA tasks;
C operating skills, Excel operating knowledge (functions, filters, sorting), Word (document formatting, tables, images), PowerPoint, Outlook;
English C1 – level in the European Language Framework.
Your day in Conectys:
Identifying and working with the HRA team to resolve various HR related issues;
Communicating with stakeholders where necessary and helping with troubleshooting;
Catering HR documents collection and distribution, registration, and archiving (according to procedures);
Providing support to departments in the organization, by executing hiring, contract changes, and exit standard processes (according to procedures);
Analyzing and presenting data and reports to the appropriate area of expertise, identifying errors and advising on solutions;
Reviewing employees and inputting this into relevant HR databases, like Employee Module of the Contact Center and approved trackers as specified in HRA procedures, in order to effectively record and report on HRA related activities;
Potentially support to HRA experts/consultants in preparing specialized written advice for stakeholders;
