Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
You will be a Senior member of the Active Sourcing team with the purpose of proactively source and provide right talent for hard to fill positions in Europe, mainly Engineering profiles.
Conduct intake meeting with hiring manager/hiring team to form detailed overview of vacancy content
Communication and consultation with Candidates and Hiring Manager/ HR BP
Relationship Management: Build and maintain a Talent Pipeline for different positions
Active Sourcing: Searching, identifying and engaging with potential Candidates on Social Networks (Boolean search on LinkedIn, Xing) and have phone calls with prospects to present vacancy as attractively and convincingly as possible
Track salary offer and calculate invoice value for offered candidates and coordinate with invoicing team.
Maintain and track customer and invoice pipeline for necessary audit checks
Support lean and candidate-oriented processes for Recruitment & Active Sourcing
Send formal service conditions to cost-center owner
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
Qualification:
Bachelor degree or equivalent;
Languages:
Mandated English at C1-Level
Experience:
Experience in recruitment is mandatory (preferably in IT and Software);
Professional experience in HR and / or HR shared services is plus;
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills;
Strong customer and service orientation;
Strong levels of creativity, curiosity, flexibility and ability to think out-of-the-box;
Self-organized, self-motivated, autonomous and proactive.
