About the Team

The Management Support department is inserted in the unit BCP, Controls and Conduct, which aims to ensure a robust control and oversight frameworks to protect our business services and lead our transformation to further strengthen our platform?s operational resilience.

The Management Support team is in charge of the on boarding, off boarding, contract management, budget follow-up, invoicing of external staff and all related data enquiries. Through continuous improvements of processes, the team drives innovation and strives to reduce transactional costs through continuous streamlining of the activity processes and by adopting a partnership approach to accompany our clients and suppliers on their journey. The team works with both internal and external clients and suppliers located in different locations.
