Location: Bucharest

You come with:

Language: C1 French + B2 English;
Preferably 1 year of work experience in a customer service environment;
Graduate with a Bachelor degree & above.
Your day in Conectys:

· As a Customer Care Officer, you will function in the customer care team;

· You are responsible for handling legal issues, rebookings, SOS, complaints, security deposits and claims or some of the aforementioned tasks;

· You will achieve 9+ experiences for the customer;

· Through inbound/outbound (proactive) calls and mail handling, you will assist customers with making a booking or all kinds of customer questions;

· Activities arising from customer contact are assigned as additional tasks and belong to the job of an agent.
