Position Summary:

The Data Documentation Specialist will work actively in gathering, store and publish CE certificates (as well as SDS) to support Market Surveillance Project. This person will report to DCO manager but will work very but very closed with the Compliance team.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible to open all item creation tickets and extract certificates

Store certificates on I-Connect space

Publish certificates on fishersci.com.

Analyze gaps and work closely with SDI and Data architects to collect missing certificates from suppliers

Perform other project and duties as delegated and assigned by manager

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to multi-task and attention-to-detail

Ability to work under tight deadlines and demonstrate flexibility with priorities

Proficient knowledge of MS office application specifically Excel

Proficient in English. Additional language skills are a plus
