The Quality Assurance team main purpose is to undertake quality assurance and support the Data Officers and Senior KYC Officers Teams by providing training, guidance and feedback based on Compliance and Regulatory expectations. This team will cover EMEA KYC clients and report directly to the Quality Assurance Team Leader

Your Main Activities Are

• Perform a posteriori independent quality controls on KYC files by sampling

  
  

• Produce reports on the controls results performed and areas of improvement identified

  
  

• Identify training needs for Data Officers and Senior KYC Officers and lead those trainings on the main topics impacting the quality

  
  

• Identify root causes impacting the quality and define the corresponding action plan (per country)

  
  

• Work closely with Compliance and GCS to deliver high quality standards

  
  

• Implement new policies, procedures and communications from Compliance and GCS

  
  

• Monitor, report and oversee remediation of non-compliant files

  
  

Profile and Skills to Success

• Strong degree-level academic qualifications

  
  

• Fluent in English (both oral and written communication)

  
  

• Good knowledge of Excel is an advantage

  
  

• Evidence of drive, curiosity, good judgment and good attention to detail

  
  

• Excellent team spirit and ability to work with remote teams across multiple locations

  
  

• Rigorous, well-organized with a structured and logical approach

  
  

• Ability to manage/facilitate a meeting, seminar, committee, training

  
  

• Knowledge in Compliance - Know Your Client - KYC
