Senior Product Manager | Lisbon (Working remotely in Portugal is possible - as long as you can come to the office approximately once per month)
We're searching for a Product Manager to join the product team at GetGround in our new Lisbon hub. We're looking for someone who can work across design, data and engineering to build and launch new products that achieve our mission to make assets more transparent, trustworthy and accessible. This is an opportunity to join a well funded startup that has incredible investment and a clear vision, purpose & mission. You will be part of the Product team led by our new VP Product, Molly Levy. What you will do

• Build large-scale technology that will change the world for the better!


• Work with the VP Product to help define and execute our product roadmap and help scale GetGround's impact


• Build features from definition through to release


• Identify and take a significant user need or pain-point to build solutions


• Establish key metrics, track and monitoring your features' performance and functionality after launch to iterate and improve on them


• Collaborate with teams across GetGround to align plans, unblock development, and communicate changes with GetGround customers


• Constantly prioritise the scope of work that will genuinely solve user problems and meet commercial outcomes


• Work autonomously through the backlog while making sure that features get delivered quickly and efficiently

The experience you will have

• 5+ years of leading software product roadmaps, end-to-end from definition through to release


• Leveraging data to inform product vision that is focused on delivering the best user experience for customers


• Working in a rapidly changing, agile and cross functional environment


• Establish key metrics and KPIS, tracking and monitoring your features' performance and functionality after launch

Our Co-Founder and CEO Moubin qualified as a Doctor and went on to have a successful career at McKinsey and private equity house, APAX. Moubin started GetGround with his brother and our CTO, Misrab. Misrab is a Stanford Computer Scientist that led the scaling of the Gojek Data Science team in Asia.
