In this project, the goal is to be an ambassador of the brand, in a B2B setting, providing a service of excellence to its clients, by helping customers with technical issues and validating complaints about spam or fraud.

All you need in order to join this amazing team is to have a minimum of C1 English level, prior experience of 2 years in customer support and availability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day with lunch break), from Monday to Friday, between 7am and 6pm, at Entrecampos, Lisbon.
