What your responsibilities will be:

In this role, you will work as a Customer Support Representative for one of our clients, in the online retail industry. Your task will be to provide support and handle queries.

The most important task, however, is to give the customer a pleasant experience and a positive feeling.

REQUIREMENTS
Our collaboration will start with on-site training that will prepare you for your day-to-day work activities. To be successful in this role, you will also need:

Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
Good organisational skills
Positive can-do attitude
Understand yourself as a team player who wants to develop.
