As a Financial Accounting & TAXES at Bayer, among your activities:

- You will manage with ownership the activities of FA&TAX: General Ledger: Account reconciliation, Postings on general ledger accounts, monitoring of accounts balances explaining
deviations between periods, deferred tax calculation, audit support etc. – TAX: Manage compliance processes of TAX (VAT, WHT, etc.), by ensuring the fiscal quality of accounting data, preparing and submitting required tax declarations to the country authorities. – Closing & Reporting: Resolve closing issues and ensure entry, follow-up and documentation of manual corrections, etc. – You will contribute to improve FA&Tax processes and implementation of innovation and standardisation. – You will support knowledge management activities as part of daily tasks. – You will be involved in large global projects.

REQUIREMENTS
You are the person we are looking for if:

- You have the appropriate degree and 2-5ys experience in similar position – You have knowledge in Accounting and Tax – You have knowledge of SAP would be a plus. – You have ability to collaborate and work under pressure with high flexibility in a changing and complex environment. – You have a good usage of Excel, Experience in VBA would be a plus. – You have good communication skills, usage of power point. – Your English usage should be advanced in spoken and writing.
Additional languages such as Italian, French, Dutch, Turkish or Greek would be a plus.
