GetGround is developing the infrastructure for a global digital marketplace for assets enveloped in companies. Trillions of dollars of assets are tied in inefficient illiquid markets - think property, ships, factory machinery & infrastructure to name a few.
Enveloping an asset in a company unlocks liquidity by enabling the right legal basis for asset ownership, governance and exchange. However companies, one of humanity's greatest inventions, are stuck in the past. We are digitising and automating the company, through:



  • Programmatic incorporation and administration

  • e-wallet financial infrastructure

  • Automated accounting incorporating machine learning techniques and

  • A secondary market platform built for scale


To start, we're tackling UK private residential investment property, with £1.3 trillion of stock and £30-50 billion in transactions a year.

Who you are



  • A values-led and impact-focused individual who is energised by working in a fast-paced Tech scaleup environment!

  • You enjoy partnering with different teams, executing and delivering consistently

  • You deeply understand that hiring the best talent requires drive, teamwork, commitment, innovation and expert problem solving skills

  • Open to international travel (when required, as long as safe to do so) and working in-office when required (currently a minimum of 4 days per month)

What you will do



  • Use data and insight to drive hiring campaigns that will enable us to scale with incredible talent, understanding how to use qualitative and quantitative data to influence decision making

  • Be accountable for the identification, engagement, assessment and closing of great talent, ensuring a world class candidate experience

  • Be a brand ambassador - engaging and cultivating your network through Meetups, webinars and new innovative approaches

  • Be passionate and curious about technology

  • Own and excel at hiring diverse Front End (React/Redux) and Backend (Golang/Java) engineers and Product talent (Product Managers, Designers etc)

  • Expert candidate sourcing tool knowledge and application

  • Own and execute strategic projects focused on process improvement, innovation, D&I&E, candidate experience and sourcing

  • Bring a consultative and execution focused approach to working with our hiring partners


The skill and experience you will have



  • You will have experience hiring talent!

  • It is desirable (but not essential) that you will have some previous end-to-end recruiting experience hiring Tech talent (e.g. Software Engineers, Product Managers, Designers)

  • Experience of talent research, sourcing and insight

  • Rigorously prioritize, organize, and multitask across pipelines, building and managing diverse candidate pipelines

  • Analytical skills and ability to track sourcing metrics, draw insights, and translate into action

  • Essential: Fluent spoken and written english

Our Co-Founder and CEO Moubin qualified as a Doctor and went on to have a successful career at McKinsey and private equity house, APAX. Moubin started GetGround with his brother and our CTO, Misrab. Misrab is a Stanford Computer Scientist that led the scaling of the Gojek Data Science team in Asia.
