Finance Business Partner

We are looking for a finance business partner to work closely with our finance director and implement the financial strategy of the company.
Responsibilities
- Manage supplier invoices and schedule payments;
- Manage customer invoices and ensuring a full and timely cash collection;
- Responsible for the follow-up, preparation and submission of all local administrative reports (VAT, social payments, Income Tax, etc);
- Collaborate in monitoring the cost structure to identify and analyze expense reduction opportunities;
- Prepare business plans, cash flow analysis, return on investment metrics, profit & loss impacts;
- Prepare ongoing financial forecasts, providing different “scenarios” to provide financial indicators that could help business strategy planning;
- Prepare operational/financial metrics and analytical/reporting tools to provide adequate data useful for business decision making;
- Assist and perform in all corporate banking operations;
- Contact with several interlocutors and assist the finance director in administrative matters.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting or similar
- 1+ years of experience in the finance field
- Focus on continuous improvement of systems and processes
- Strong excel skills and experience in working with invoicing tools
- Hands-on, curious, team player
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ethical, adaptable and goal-oriented
- Fluent in English
