  Ensure the management of BV and Tranches file of BP2S Lux

  
  

  • Receipt of the documentation relating to the new values for which BP2S Lux has a function

    
    

  • Input of data in the BV, as well as in the Tranches file, allowing the automation of certain operational processes

    
    

  • Update this data if necessary (Rates, maturity coupon, ...) modifications and amendments

    
    

Your Main Activities Are

• Participate in the creation of annexed files

  
  

  • Request the opening of new programs

    
    

  • Request the opening of new racines clients and, if necessary dossier titre 100

    
    

  • Request the feeding of different addresses (995, calculation agents, ...)

    
    

• Guarantee the reception

  
  

  • Of the floating rates and redemption rates, at fixing date.

    
    

  • Ensure the request reminders, if necessary

    
    

• Guarantee the transmission

  
  

  • Of the information to the different services and intervenient

    
    

• Participate in IT developments

  
  

  • Propose developments of the processes.

    
    

  • Participate in coordination meetings

    
    

  • Execute user tests, to validate the developments, put in place.

    
    

• Ensure a precise and quality work

  
  

  • Participate in the redaction of the procedures

    
    

  • Work in respect with the guidelines and procedures.

    
    

  • Assure the BAU controls

    
    

  • Communicate all the failures in the operational and IT processus to the hierarchically superior
