Are you looking for a part time role, and would like to work in an international IT company where you will have the opportunity to work with HR and finance, then this is the position for you.

We are looking for someone who can be the person who keeps the office a smooth place to work which means you will be in contact with our employees and suppliers for whatever needs they have and help them solve it. You will be responsible to ensure all necessary material is handed over to the accountant on a monthly basis, but finance background is not needed for this task. Further the role will have the opportunity to assist with HR or finance related tasks on both a Portuguese and international level depending on your interest and background.

MIXMOVE has operations in multiple countries and locations so good written and verbal English is important. We prefer if you have worked in an office environment before, or at least are well familiar with the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint (or similar tools).

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their tasks and can easily interact with a lot of people and prefers working with a variety of tasks.
