Requirements:
Requires strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PDF, Outlook)
Great organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
Be professional always in email, on the phone or in person
Must have high attention to detail and strong written and computer skills
Strong work ethic and dedication to schedule requirements
Willingness to follow direction and work in rapid pace, changing environment
Proficient and clear English written and spoken language
Available to work flexible hours (American market) in between 2pm and 2am (PRT), 2 rotating days off
Available to work from the office in Albufeira after the pandemic
Work experience within the travel industry (preferred)
Possess problem solving skills (preferred)
Good time management skills (preferred)
Compensation & Perks:
Base salary + 2 extra months of salary

Responsibilities:
- Hotel Matching (Mapping a property to right resort group)
- Room mapping (grouping many vendor rooms from a single resort, into a common naming scheme)
- Create Resort Group (Create a profile that is not yet found in the database)
- Fixing Hotel & Room Mismatches (correcting a vendor resort mismatch)
- Handling Name Changes (update profile when resort changes its name
- Add/Remove/update hotel content and images
- Cruise (room matching, mapping, and related content entry)
- Monitor and address inventory bug ticketing alerts
- Misc. Items - These items may include assisting the other areas in Resort Operations when there is a business need
