Management of Representatives and Distributors : Develop sales strategies and tactics agents and and partners for surf packages/group deals

Coming up with a new sales & marketing strategy, to bring more traffic & bookings through our own website

Development of business plans for increasing sales

Responsibility for the surf camp accommodation and staff

Specific requirements

A track record in business development and customer relationship management

· Fluent in English (strong verbal and written English) and other languages
