We make it easy for everyone to build healthy habits and eat more fruit and vegetables by creating innovative products that are highly nutritious, sustainable and delicious.

How We Do It

We transform fresh, organic fruits and veggies into handy single-serving instant smoothies. Each one contains about 80 calories, and gives the same nutritional benefits as 2.5 cups of fresh produce.

Almost half of the world?s fresh fruits and vegetables are thrown away uneaten. Our flash-freeze, slow-dry process cuts waste by putting produce on standby until our members are ready to enjoy it. We also lighten our footprint by using compostable packaging and offsetting all emissions from shipping!

Job Overview

We are a fast growing B-Corp startup who strongly believes every single kencko-er we hire is a key part of our shared success. We are now seeking a full-time Project Manager to help with efficient, effective, End-to-End management of Innovation & Renovation (I&R).

Responsibilities

• 
  Apply project management tools and skills to ensure the on-scope, on-time and on-quality launch and flawless execution of kencko products I&R projects from ideation to launch


• Orchestrate all functions involved in the project to coordinate timelines, track end-to-end activities and milestones, and ensure project is progressing as planned


• Analyze, identify and drive the timely preparation of business opportunities along the flow


• Assess risks and strategize to avoid/mitigate critical issues


• Facilitate project meetings mobilising project contributors with ease and actionable results


• Provide transparency, documentation and communication of project status and associated risks to cross functional team members and -decision-makers


• Ensure timely, consistent and complete data entry related to projects


• Leverage own functional expertise and network to steer project team towards best solutions definition and delivery

Experience You Bring

• 
  Cross-functional experience gained through participation in I&R projects


• 3+ years of of project management experience


• PMI/PMP or similar certification


• Proven flexibility and adaptability to perform in a fast paced and dynamic environment


• Excellent communication skills, a self starter, and demonstrated resourcefulness


• Team player with the ability to foster relationships and network within a cross functional team


• Creative and courageous mindset to challenge and drive innovative solutions and take risks


• Passionate about fruits, vegetables and healthy, sustainable innovation
  


• Verbal and written English fluency

Nice-To-Haves

• 
  Experience with CPG brands


• Experience in the Food and Beverage industry


• Experience in a DTC or e-commerce environment


• Understanding of Regulatory Affairs & Intellectual Property


• German skills


• Lean, Six SIgma certification


• Knowledge of softwares ie. Prince 2, Scrum Master, Agile, etc
