We make it easy for everyone to build healthy habits and eat more fruit and vegetables by creating innovative products that are highly nutritious, sustainable and delicious.

How We Do It

We transform fresh, organic fruits and veggies into handy single-serving instant smoothies. Each one contains about 80 calories, and gives the same nutritional benefits as 2.5 cups of fresh produce.

Almost half of the world?s fresh fruits and vegetables are thrown away uneaten. Our flash-freeze, slow-dry process cuts waste by putting produce on standby until our members are ready to enjoy it. We also lighten our footprint by using compostable packaging and offsetting all emissions from shipping!

Responsibilities

• 
  Establish productive relationships with international suppliers and production sites


• Conduct regular business and performance reviews with suppliers, production sites and logistics operators


• Be accountable for master data for materials planning, production and purchasing


• Place and track replenishment and production orders based upon agreed lead times, capacity availability and inventory targets


• Partner with Brand, Customer Experience and Technology groups to validate feasibility of mid-long term supply plans


• Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain issues and variances and define corrective action plans to avoid reoccurrence


• Integrate demand information to establish short, mid and long term forecasts for products


• Implement and maintain inventory and material management strategies, setup targets and monitor actuals accordingly


• Anticipate out of stock situations or shortages of supply and recommend and implement mitigating actions


• Do product lifecycle management and project management for new launches


• Assess and implement technological solutions fit to the specific needs of the business and its scalability

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor?s degree in engineering, business, economics, operations management, or a related field


• CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) experience


• 5+ years of professional experience in planning and operations management, supply chain management and logistics, supplier management


• Demonstrated ability to use ERP systems within a production environment

• Communication skills to communicate in writing and verbally with a wide range of people, roles and cultures
  

• Forecasting capabilities to juggle current inventory needs, immediate customer demands, and probable future sales to maintain balance between fulfillment and replenishment needs


• Inventory management capabilities to leverage software and company assets to promote a healthy supply chain with a steady flow of goods and materials


• Demonstrated project management skills


• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills


• Drive for results and customer and quality oriented


• Ability to deal with complexity and manage ambiguity


• Team player with proactive and flexible attitude


• Full English fluency: speaking, writing, reading
