• Thrive for high sales performance for the business
  
• Managing investor's interests, defining the best strategy and choice of use for the future asset;
  
• Pitching new and available assets in the portfolio to investor's/clients;
  
• Develop, implement and manage marketing and communication strategies that ensure yearly sales goals;
  
• Provide commercial and business development support/advice to investors (negotiation and purchase phase);
  
• Source, development and manage incoming asset's projects;
  
• Reporting to the Sales Manager and Investment Board.
  

Perfil ideal

• Bachelor's Degree in Business
  
• Requires a minimum of 3-5 years experience with Real Estate development projects
  
• Strong analytical skills
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Strong time-management skills
  
• Detail-oriented and highly organised
  
• Skilled in negotiation and project management
  
• Excellent critical thinking skills
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  
• Fluent in English and Spanish
