Position Overview

A revolution cannot be done alone, and we need the best and brightest talent to continue our growth into the new modern workplace. We are looking to expand our team by hiring a new Product Owner, a team player who is ready to make the role their own and bring their own ideas and innovations to the table. Reporting to the Vice President of Product & Technology, you will be supporting our Product Development team by developing and translating business requirements into technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate between diverse business and technical teams to conceptualize features, design, and deliver high-quality digital solutions.

• Understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

• Ensure all quality targets are met.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Analysts and Product support

• Competitor mapping.

• Drive creative solutions for bugs, defects, and any technical issues.

• Develop UAT scripts and coordinate all aspects of release testing.

• Document and work with stakeholders (internal and external) on all internal processes and workflows.

• Collaborating with a truly globally diversified team.

• Ready to collaborate with teams in different time zones.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field; experience in the HR field (HRIS, Payroll solutions) would be preferred.


• 5+ years of experience translation business vision and complex concepts into technical requirements.
