Charlie: John, Mary sorry but I just received a call from the company which I talked about last week. I have sent an email asking questions about one of their services and they just called me to give the information and it seems that it is way better than the one I have from the other company. Guess what? I just bought their service and their Customer Support is absolutely fantastic!!!!
John: They are really that good? Could you please provide us the email from that company? I would also like to ask a few questions because we are having a lot of trouble with the service we have now, actually.

Well we need you to be this person, the one that makes customers happy.
On a daily basis you will give customer support related to questions about a product/service and you will also take into account the clients needs. You will advise, recommend and identify new opportunities in order to make clients happy. To do this, you will work along with the sales team to know how to advise customers in the best way possible.
For this position, it is absolutely essential to have at least a C1 in English and 2 years of Customer Support experience. We just need to bring your good mood, dynamic and teamwork spirit.
Your schedule will be from 8am to 5pm, from Monday to Friday, in the center of Lisbon. We guarantee that the conditions will also make you happy.
