Function: Business Analyst ? ServiceNow (m/f)

Desired Skills and expertise:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar;
• More than 3 years experience working in professional context with ServiceNow;
• Relevant experience in solution design, managing functional aspects and requirements;
• Ability to understand various functional contexts in the field of IT Service Management;
• Experience in animation, prototyping, research, visual and interaction sketching into epics, user stories & specifications;
• Functional background;
• Experience in Create / Update the documentation and training materials;
• ITIL Certification would be a plus;
• ServiceNow trainings would be a plus:
• Sys Admin;
• Sys Admin Advanced;
• Fluency in English (mandatory);
• Fluency in French (preferential).
