Aftermarket Sales Rep (French+Dutch)

As an Aftermarket Sales Representative BeNeLux/France, you will be focused on developing and increasing after-market sales, by handling and maximizing aftermarket calls with customers, to pro-actively develop the customer base.
Key responsibilities will be:
To promote the sales of replacement filters, parts and other products in the Benelux/France region via phone
To achieve sales goals and overall customer contact
To maintain relationships with current and potential accounts
To resolve customer issues/problems, researches, and make recommendations for potential products or modifications to increase seals
To make the standard quote for the supported customer case and follow up all opportunities
To plan and schedule sales calls to maximize sales impact and grow our business
To keep informed of market trends, customer preferences and competitor activity, sharing information with other personnel for better strategic placement in the market
REQUIREMENTS
The position requires great communication skills and to be able to communicate with many kinds of customers at different levels in a professional and considerate manner.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience
2-3 years of experience in an Internal Sales / Sales Support function, preferably for industrial products but not a necessity
Fluent in French, Dutch and English (company language)
A commercial extravert person that is driven by sales
Ability to contact customers in a pro-active way
Good technical skillset to understand our products
Computer literate and experience with CRM environment is an asset
Candidates must have a valid NIE to work in Spain
OFFER
A permanent position
Schedule: 8 -17h (1h-flexibility), Monday - Thursday. Short shift on Friday (8 - 15h)
Salary: 21.000 Eur (fix) + 14.400 Eur (variable) gross per year - achievable bonus
WFH policy will be applied after the initial training (1 month), working remotely 2-3 days per week
Shuttle service from Barcelona (Plaza España) to our office (Terrassa)
