We are looking for fluent DUTCH speakers with a passion for customer service and who would like to work in an international environment. This position will be for our client – a global outsourcing partner - and is based in their offices in the beautiful city of Lisbon. The role

As an International Courier Agent you will assist Dutch and Belgium clients with queries regarding shipment, deliveries and tracking parcels. First time resolution and taking ownership of your client's issues is important in this role. The communication methods used will be phoe, email and live chat.

The successful International Courier Agent has:

Fluency in English and DUTCH

Customer service experience

Fast learner and a flexible attitude

The interview process for this role is done remotely via phone, skype and online tests, so no need to come to Lisbon until you are successful! Furthermore, there is a fantastic relocation package available for the successful candidate, which includes: flight reimbursement, airport pickup and your accommodation is provided during your employment. The basic salary for this role is around 950 EURO gross per month, PLUS free accommodation during your employment, so no cost for rent and utility bills.
