Manpower Group Greece, on behalf of its client leading in its industry, is looking for a passionate Service Center Representative who will raise the bar of the customers’ experience standards!
What will my responsibilities be?
Respond to various client needs at all times.
Serve customer inquiries/questions raised via inbound calls, mail, and online chat for customers to resolve any issues.
Keep an accurate track of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database.
Offer recommendations to common problems or FAQs (frequently asked questions).
REQUIREMENTS
What should I have?
Fluency in Italian language.
Advanced English Skills (Oral &Written).
Tech savvy.
Previous experience in the field will be considered as an asset.
Genuinely excited to respond to customers’ queries and problem-solving oriented.
Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking and passionately communicative.
