Our Client is looking for a Transport Product Administration Support for Europe marketplace.

This position is part of a team that is responsible for assuring all domestic and international transport: organize all transports and set-up + manage all our partnerships with carriers. Currently, the company is implementing a new Transport Management System and building cross-country transportation schemes, moving from A-to-B Transport to a highly efficient and integrated European Logistics Network. The role will be to support this transition and make the EU Network operational.

Main responsibilities:

• 
  Administration of international transport orders and prices
• 
  Set-up cross-country transport schemes in collaboration with multiple transport teams
• 
  Internal & External Contact for transport status and support
• 
  Define & Test System developments to further automate and scale our EU Network

Job requirements:

• 
  Experience in customer support is mandatory;
• 
  Experience with Salesforce is a plus;
• 
  Basic car knowledge/interest is a plus;
• 
  Work schedule - Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm;
• 
  Language spoken:
  • 
    English (Level C1);
  • 
    Native level in German;
