What are we looking for?


We're currently creating a product team for Cloudoki's recent internal product.



Our product is a kick-ass platform that helps businesses to progress quickly with opening their systems and applications to market needs and caters for the full breadth of architectural approaches and platforms that exist today, whilst also being flexible for future developments.



We would appreciate you, as a Community Manager, to help us improve and promote the image of this product.



We are looking for someone living either in Belgium (Ghent/Brussels) or Portugal (Lisbon) as we have offices in both countries.


About you


As the Community Manager, you'll be expected to be in charge of our Cloudoki Community day-to-day operations and play a vital role in growing our internal product business. For that, you?ll be responsible for designing and implementing a community strategy, aligned with marketing plans. You need to be able to produce and manage different kinds of engaging content (text, image and video), increasing Cloudoki?s presence in various platforms. Also, you?ll carry out community communication and social media initiatives. It?s definitely expected that you?ll be up-to-date with digital technology trends.



If the growth justifies, building a team could also be a possibility for future plans. Eventually, you'll be responsible for the coordination/mentoring of 1 additional member.

Main Requirements



  • Experience managing social media platforms

  • 3+ years experience as a community manager, marketing or event manager

  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills

  • Very Proactive and Dynamic, you?ll never miss a chance to do best

  • Attention to detail

  • Speak, read and write perfectly in English

  • Be a team player

  • Previous experience in the IT area and in start-up environments
