As a Customer Sales agent, you will be in charge of conducting customer complaints conversations as well as business conversation regarding company's products and services.

This job requires proactiveness, exceptional professionalism and top class attitude.

Your main responsibilities include:
- You will be in charge of inbound calls to solve client's queries and issues.
- You will be in charge of cold calling (when needed) to find new business opportunities.
- You will work with the telephone, email and social media

You are the person we are looking for if:

- You have a native level of Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish
- Customer service or sales experiences are a plus but not mandatory
- You have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- You are motivated and Dynamic
- You have professionalism and a positive attitude
