As a Customer Support Agent you will:

- Provide account and application support to viewers namely with regards to software functionality
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot of system configurations and network settings
- Provide accurate and real-time responses to the viewer’s inquiries

Requirements:

- Fluency in Spanish and English B2
- Previous experience in Customer Service is highly valued
- Passionate about entertainment and social media
- Have a positive attitude

Offer:

- Base Salary + performance bonus;
- Contract 6 months + 6 months and permanent
