Dutch Online Customer Representative - Ride Sharing Platform

Your job will be to be the online support for all these exciting city happenings. Work for one of the biggest brands in the world in an office environment from the comfort of sunny Lisbon, where the sun shines 290 days a year.
Your Challenge
Work with both riders and eaters. Work behind the scenes to make sure journeys go smoothly, use your training to give advice on payments, routes, ratings, deliveries, and more. Use phone, email, and chat to provide the best advice to customers, and gain that valuable professional experience that looks good on your resume.
Work within a talented team at our host company, and represent the brand well to customers through your service.
REQUIREMENTS
Your Resume
There are no official qualifications needed for this job, just the right attitude to grow in this team and the following:
> C2 skills in Dutch and B2 English
> Able to work in Lisbon, Portugal (relocating for the role or local candidate)
> Experience helping customers in some way (retail, call centre, hospitality, administration or similar)

The salary is €1083 per month, a high salary for Lisbon!
Relocation Package:
Company apartment which includes bills (or if you prefer, find your own accommodation).
Airport pick-up.
