competências
The ideal candidates are bright, creative, and talented individuals who enjoy working with some of the world's greatest brands, in an environment that blends cultural, multi-lingual, and ethnic backgrounds, with:
High school degree
1 year experience in similar positions, associated with manufacturing and/or international companies
Display of good customer management skills
Proficiency in Excel and in all other MS Office tools and AS400 knowledge (will be an asset)
High level in English is mandatory, and Norwegian, Swedish or French language is a real additional asset
Basic knowledge of documentation and trade laws (will be an asset)
Knowledge of domestic and international law, importation and exportation laws
Knowledge about logistic and production procedures
responsabilidades
The Customer Care Representative is accountable for responding to customer inquiries which will take
the form of requests for information, customer complaints and other general matters such as providing
information about Parts and Accessories (part number, availability, specificity, freight quotation?), coordinating the fulfillment of Customer?s orders placing purchase orders to suppliers and transferring material between stocks, allocating material to Customer?s orders and follow shipment process with Logistics? dpt.- The Customer Care Rep. will also be responsible for escalating any issues and tasks outside of their capabilities to the relevant teams within the organization and then monitoring the tasks through to resolution.
