Technical Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer engineering, Information Technology or similar;


• Experience with SQL database;


• Experience and ability to perform both technical and functional analysis and identify impacts is mandatory;


• Experience in working with applications with many interfaces to other applications;


• Good knowledge in Unix and its standard command is desirable;


• Basic knowledge in Java is desirable;


• Basic knowledge of WebSphere TX is desirable;


• Good understanding of the ITIL norm and practices is desirable;


• Knowledge and/or experience of the financial services industry is a plus;


• Availability to on-call duties;


• Proficiency in English is mandatory;


• Fluency in French is a plus.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills;


• Ability to work under pressure.
