How We Do It
We transform fresh, organic fruits and veggies into handy single-serving instant smoothies. Each one contains about 80 calories, and gives the same nutritional benefits as 2.5 cups of fresh produce.
Almost half of the world?s fresh fruits and vegetables are thrown away uneaten. Our flash-freeze, slow-dry process cuts waste by putting produce on standby until our members are ready to enjoy it. We also lighten our footprint by using compostable packaging and offsetting all emissions from shipping!
Job Overview
We are a fast growing B-Corp startup who strongly believes every single kencko-er we hire is a key part of our shared success. We are now seeking a full-time In-House Recruiter to help us continue building our bright and bubbly team.
Main Goals
We are seeking a rockstar Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us hire mission-aligned and dedicated kencko-ers while delivering a first-class recruitment experience for our candidates and internal stakeholders. You will innovate, drive and deliver hiring solutions effectively and efficiently, seeking out opportunities and improvements across the entire recruitment process. As an In-House Recruiter you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process.You will also be responsible for partnering with the Head of People and Brand team to elevate our employer branding to best showcase why kencko is an employer of choice.
Responsibilities
Recruit dedicated US and EU kencko-ers in the areas of Tech, Supply Chain, Operations, Brand, and more!- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile
- Develop and refine an interview process that enhances our assessment quality while optimising the candidate experience
- Develop, implement, and apply recruitment metrics to support and enhance the process
- Be a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a strong understanding of the talent pool
- Facilitate a pipeline of strong candidates for future needs
- Screen CVs and interview qualified candidates while promoting kencko as an employer of choice
- Drive the offer process and close candidates
- Consistently ensure a kencko-tastic candidate experience
- Implement effective sourcing/recruiting methods
- Initiate and manage agency recruiter relationships as warranted
- Develop and implement employer branding content and strategies to drive more organic candidate leads our way
Experience You Bring
3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter- Previous experience in Tech recruiting
- Recruitment agency or hyper-growth startup experience
- Experience with an ATS including reporting
- Experience with developing employer branding content and strategies
- Strong organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Strong English communication skills (written and oral)
- High attention to detail
- Ability to be flexible, critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to work from our Lisbon office on occasion
- Flexibility to travel to the US providing COVID safe conditions
