ROLE:

Lead and improve the product development, marketing and geographical expansion teams and set a culture of execution;

Identify revenue growth opportunities across multiple geographies, channels and products, using data and analytics for decision making;

Ensure consistent messaging that is aligned with the brand goals;

Building relationships with new and existing partners;

Work in synergy with the rest of the Zumub team to identify growth opportunities and ways in which to improve our brand strength.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong skills in online marketing and branding, growth, and business analytics. Strong analytical skills, comfortable with dealing with numerical data

Track record of success;

Strong communication and influencing skills;

Highly goal-driven and high sense of urgency;

Commercially astute, ambitious and highly intelligent individuals who are hungry for success and responsibility;

Entrepreneurial thinkers are welcome - those best suited to a 'start-up', agile environment with early responsibility for key decision making.
