e- Commerce & Digital (e-C&D) is a cross business (GBL) department, responsible for driving the electronification and digitalization of Global Markets. Within the e-Commerce space our focus is to manage the evolution and the enhancement of our electronic platforms (SDP. MDP, Portal, Sales Tools), with a Business objective to increase our footprint, provide efficiency to our clients and our Sales teams. We are also in charge of driving the Digital transformation of GM and are directly responsible for monitoring, coordinating and delivering new digital products and services leveraging the GM LAB and Fintechs.

Your Main Activities Are

• Support our key digital projects and initiatives, working closely with FO team / IT teams under the supervision of her/his manager;


• Move to a product management mode when required;


• Coordinate deliveries via a thorough project management approach (Clear objectives, KPI to measure success) and interact with transversal functions and business stakeholders where required;


• Communicate effectively and regularly to his/her manager on successes, failures, risks, issues, plans and roadmap;


• Understand the GM Digital Strategy and Road Map;


• Follow eC&D procedure and practice.

Profile and Skills to Success

• Academic background in Finance, Economics, Management and Engineering;


• Previous successful experience in digital / IT project management preferably within the financial industry;


• Expert MS office proficiency (including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and SharePoint);


• Preferably knowledge of a BI/Analytics tool to measure KPIs and activity (e.g. Tableau or similar);


• Preferably basic knowledge of coding principles (e.g. Python);


• Risk awareness and knowledge of fundamental risk concepts;


• Ability to understand business needs and convert them into IT requirements;


• Attention to detail and ability to collaborate;


• Problem solving and ability to deliver.
