InnoWave is looking for a OPS/DevOps Consultant to join our nearshore team in Lisbon, supporting our telecommunications client, based in Brussels.

This person will work with developers and other stakeholders to facilitate better coordination among operations, development, and testing functions by automating and streamlining the integration and deployment processes.

OPS/DevOps Consultant (M/F)

Responsibilities

• Monitor, alerting, logging and networking
• Document different policies and procedures
• Deploy and release product updates/features, identify production issues and implement integrations that meet customer needs
• Maintain and improve existing build and deployment processes
• Troubleshoot and solve infrastructure/production issues
• Develop scripts to automate workflows
• Enforce and maintain best practices for the security, stability and reliability of applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify/implement the best software development practices

Skills

• Bachelor?s degree in Informatics Engineering or similar
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in Ops: Monitoring, Alerting, Logging and Networking
• Knowledge in Linux CLI, Shell/Bash Scripting
• Knowledge in Networking (configuring VPCs, Virtual Networks, Subnets)
• Knowledge in Databases (SQL, No-SQL) and GIT (GitLab)
• Experience with Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience in CI/CD
• Having a coaching profile, good communication skills is crucial to ensure good exchange and sharing of information within and outside of the train
• Being able to provide based on the audience a synthetic or detailed information is mandatory
• Being curious to continuously learn and being a leader in your domain of expertise
• Immediate or very low availability
• Fluent in English - written and spoken (mandatory)
