Cash Management Technical Officer Full-time

Within Client Management Support, the CMTO team is the front line operational point of contact, acting as the Client?s Electronic Banking Expert.


The main responsibility is to manage the smooth onboarding of Corporate Clients from an e-banking perspective on items such as contracting, training and day-to-day support


Your Main Activities Are


  • Provide CIB Cash Management with general administrative support (liaison with L3 support departments)


    • Provides CIB Clients with Cash Management support


      • Handles Cash Management product administration


      • writes 1st drafts of cash-management contracts on the basis of local templates


      • provides CSD client admin team with client conditions for account opening process when special conditions are granted


      • ensure smooth installation of standard cash management solutions


    • Provides CIB clients with Cash Management support


      • Manages daily client technical requests with regard to the E-Banking platform (Connexis) and other standard CM products.


      • Liaises with other internal parties for standard clients issues


      • Inform clients of identified incidents and communicate with different 2nd level supports (including Connexis Cash Support team) to solve incidents

Profile and Skills to Success


  • Bachelor degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent


  • Up to 2 years of experience in Customer Service Desk, IT Support or Payments Back Office


  • Basic Banking Industry knowledge


  • Basic knowledge of Cash Management products


  • Previous experience of working with E-banking products including payment formats (Connexis Cash, XML, MT101 etc.) is a plus


  • Basic XML (ISO 20022) knowledge


  • Analytical and Problem solving mind-set


  • Excellent Client communication skills, phone / mail / WebEx


  • Excellent communication skills


  • Take initiative, propose & signal improvements/changes


  • Fluent in English


  • Other European Language is a plus
