Job Responsibility

• Responsible to translate the Vodafone Economy of Things (EoT) / Digital Asset Broker (DAB) business vision, goals and stakeholder?s/customer?s input into clearly defined requirements and backlog for the team and provide business reasoning for each item;
• Translate the product capability requirements into buildable, feature level requirements working with the squad leaders and architects to feed into the design/dev/eng team;
• Works together with the team to release the product in high quality and on time (with the highest Value) and contributes to the squad with his/her product knowledge as well as methodological skills (agile set up);
• Leading the wider EoT / DAB team on agile methodologies by acting as agile coach for the whole EoT / DAB factory;
• Partner with the Scrum team members, program managers, solution architects and business on transforming Product Vision and customer requirements into Product Releases;
• Understand the end to end customer lifecycle at all stages and touchpoints (and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience);
• Accountable for communicating with stakeholders across the board with Review meetings, including other PO?s, business managers, and the development leads to make sure the goals are clear and the vision is aligned with business objectives;
• Research and analyze market, customer behavior, touchpoint interaction, follow competition and industry for product roadmap strategy;
• Defines the skills and capabilities required for the proper operation of new squads together with the tribe lead;
• Coordinates the implementation of the segment strategies leveraging the multi-functional, agile team, and the relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• 
  Degree in Engineering, further education / experience in business administration, economics is a plus;
• 
  Experience in Telecommunication sector, optionally at marketing and/or commercial roles;
• 
  Experience in Product Owner role, preferable in an Agile environment;
• 
  Expert knowledge / experience in Agile Coaching of digital projects;
• 
  Strong analytical profile with problem solving skills;
• 
  Highly energetic, with a 'can-do? attitude and courageous lateral thinking;
• 
  Flexibility to work in a start-up like environment and take over multi-disciplined tasks;
• 
  Able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen and bold business understanding;
• 
  Well organized with attention to details. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently;
• 
  Experience of working within a matrix organization and managing multiple senior stakeholders, bringing excellent communication skills and ability to co-ordinate and work with different functions;
• 
  Good presentation skills;

  Excellent spoken and written English.
