Position Overview
A revolution cannot be done alone, and we need the best and brightest talent to continue our growth into the new modern workplace. We are looking to expand our team by hiring a new Internal HR Business Partner, EMEA, a team player who is ready to make the role their own and bring their own ideas and innovations to the table. Reporting to the Sr. HR Manager - EMEA, you will be supporting our People & Culture team deploying the Human Capital strategy and evolving our world-class HR operations programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the company as an employer of choice on various channels and identify & pre-qualify high-caliber talents for existing & future job opportunities across the region.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all HR related queries in EMEA market and support the delivery of HR services by collaborating with the management team.
- Manage the full spectrum of employee experience from on-boarding to off-boarding.
- Handle the full payroll cycle, with a good knowledge of EMEA labour Legislation/CBAs, etc., inclusively partnering with the ICP and Finance team on the monthly payroll submission by providing the HR payroll inputs.
- Assure the candidates and employees related information is processed properly and kept up to date in compliant with company?s policies.
- Launch different initiatives regarding talent and culture projects in fast-paced expansion environment.
About You
- Proven work experience of minimum 5 years as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Knowledge of labour legislations in respective countries across the EMEA region.
- Highly organized, ability to prioritize and attention to detail.
- Digital savvy, comfortable using social media and driving employer branding initiatives.
- Curious by nature, fast learner and persistent.
- BA/BS degree, preferably majoring in Business, Human Resources, or Industrial Psychology
