People & Culture Coordinator Full-time

Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, this is an exciting and truly unique career opportunity for a passionate HR professional who truly thinks differently. You will be tasked with supporting the European People & Culture (P&C) processes, policies, training program, recruitment (full cycle), labor relations and culture initiatives. You will provide admin support for P&C for Portugal (EU) and you will assist some processes across the company globally.


While providing admin support for P&C you will also, assist the Recruitment & Selection process and work closely with the global stakeholders/management team to proactively identify hiring needs of the organization.


What You'll Do


  • People

    • Work with hiring Managers to develop and update job descriptions and job specifications;

    • Prepare recruitment materials and manage job postings;

    • Assist in the interviewing and hiring process of candidates;

    • Help with engage in new employee orientation and onboarding;

    • Help with outreach sourcing and recruiting through various outlets such as LinkedIn, Indeed and Jobs in Portugal & Europe;

    • Assist with promoting Company?s Reputation and Awareness;

    • Arrange meetings and appointments when needed;

    • Prepare reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire);

    • Support the (re)design & implementation of P&C policies for Portugal & EU;

    • Support the design and implementation of P&C programs for training, performance management, employee engagement and retention.

  • Culture


    • Assist with the employee recognition programs in EU in accordance with the Global initiatives;

    • Help with the management of membership programs and benefits;

    • Partnering with P&C and Marketing teams in order to design, launch and organize culture initiatives.

  • Payroll, Administrative & Legal


    • Assist with payroll administrative tasks as they are assigned, under the supervision of P&C Manager;

    • Assist with complaints, grievance procedures and employee relations;

    • Support the use of HRIS systems and other P&C Platforms.

Who You Are

  • Academic background in Human Resources or related field;

  • 1 year of work experience in Talent Acquisition and Administration in the field of Human Resources;

  • Full proficiency in English;

  • Solid ability to conduct interviews and hands on experience with the recruiting processes;

  • Knowledge of Portuguese labor laws (is a plus);

  • Excellent administrative, organizational and time management skills;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Strong organizational and reporting skills.
