We are a new pet tech startup that focuses on improving pets' quality of life with technology, and providing peace of mind to pet owners. Maven is a way to keep track of your buddy?s safety, health and well-being continuously through your own personal Vet. Pets don?t talk ? so we help them communicate.

Maven was started by the founders of Findster Technologies. After a few successful years dedicated to helping owners track their pets' location, we wanted to do more. Maven's mission is to change pet care as a whole, by taking a preventive approach.

Our hardware continuously tracks each pet, gathering detailed information regarding their location and activity over time. This data is cross-referenced with their individual profile by Maven?s AI. Relevant behavior changes are brought to our Vet team's attention for further examination, allowing accurate diagnosis.

2. 1st Interview with our Head of Product and our Head of Web;

The role

We are looking for a Project Manager with proven experience on defining and mapping requirements, managing tasks prioritisation and acting as a bridge between multiple teams and stakeholders.

You?ll work collaboratively with a range of multiple stakeholders, from devs to QA engineers, customer support and growth.

You?ll be responsible for bringing alignment to the teams and make sure Maven?s launch is set up for success.

You?ll drive the requirements definition, project documentation and prioritisation of tasks, working closely with product and engineering teams.

You?ll be responsible for the organisation and maintenance of our boards and agile ceremonies.

Requirements Must-Have

You have previous experience as project manager in a startup technological environment (SaaS or/and e-commerce focused);

You have previous experience in defining and mapping requirements, adjusting timelines and ensuring a proper planning of the sprints for different technical teams;

You have previous experience aligning multiple stakeholders with different backgrounds towards common goals, namely developers, QA, designers, marketing and customer support teams;

You have a technical background or at least understand easily technical concepts in order to facilitate the communication with the teams;

You?re used to working with Jira or similar tools;

You?re used to working with agile methodologies;

You have experience creating documentation and adapting complex themes to simple and understandable language to different audiences;

You have an eagle-eye, spotting issues even before they arise;

You have great communication and time management skills.

Nice-to-have

Experience in the pet tech industry;

Experience with the USA market.
