About the job

In the context of the International Web-banking offer (Connexis Cash) towards BNP PARIBAS Corporate clients, you will be in charge of new contracts registration and maintenance of existing contracts for Europe, Middle East and Africa (35 countries) clients as well as provide functional knowledge to the development teams for projects impacting the contracts registration.

Your Main Activities Are

• Register clients? contracts in Connexis by managing and following up the contracts in relation with the Front Office teams

  
  

• Register other clients contracts apart from Connexis Cash (Welcome, SADAD, BRL,etc)

  
  

• Maintenance of existing contracts

  
  

• Provide a reactive service to the Front Office(L1) through the Jira tickets

  
  

• Provide a regular reporting of the activity, with analysis and recommendations to improve the registration process

  
  

• Update the knowledge base in order to improve and optimize the registration activity

  
  

• Draft and/or maintain procedures for the registration team as well as for the Front Office teams

  
  

• Ensure compliance of documentations and procedures under the ISO certification 27001

  
  

• Participate in the contracts migrations upon demand in coordination with the project teams

  
  

• Participate with IT teams in the tests for delivery of new functionalities and new versions of application impacting the registration activity

  
  

• Participate in meetings with our business partners

  
  

• Ensures the controls are up to date and follows up their proper execution

  
  

• Assure a correct distribution of workload among team members

  
  

• Take simple decisions in the absence of the Team Leader

  
  

• Report to direct hierarchy any event that might impact the activity

  
  

Profile and Skills to Success

• Academic Degree (preferential) or 12th grade (mandatory)

  
  

• At least 2 years of professional experience

  
  

• Fluency in English (mandatory)

  
  

• Good notions of Economics

  
  

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, namely Excel and PowerPoint
