We are currently seeking for an experienced HR People Services Specialist who is looking for an exciting and challenging career with Accenture.

Responsabilities:

• 
  Provide HR administration services through the ongoing day to day operational work
• 
  Manage the execution of a range of processes, including but not limited to onboarding/off-boarding administration, new hire orientation induction, domestic transfer and cross boarder transfer administration, employees document management, verification letter, contract management, leave management, benefits administration, employee queries and payroll admin support.

• Exposure to HR Operations
• 
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 
  Understanding of general HR policies, procedures, and current best practices
• 
  Ability to operate with a large degree of autonomy and independence
