Salesforce Administrator

The Customer Success Team works with a variety of business units and brands, enabling the customer facing teams (like sales and customer service) to have meaningful conversations with OLX customers, providing them with the right data, tools and processes.
What you'll be doing:
Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 500+ users
Work through an operational ticketing system, troubleshoot issues and handle requests including managing a diverse range of users , profiles, roles & permission sets.
Reports: Create or help users to create reports & dashboards in salesforce to meet the operational requirements
Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
Prepare and Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and load them using data loader
Work with our commercial teams to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skillset across the organization
Install & setup Salesforce managed apps (CTI, Appbot, survey apps & others)
Berlin or Poznan or Lisbon
Who we are looking for:
Must have a minimum of two years experience as a Salesforce.com administrator in salesforce orgs over 450 users.
Saleforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud proven knowledge
Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to understand business needs and configure them in salesforce via workflows, validation rules, triggers, process builder, flows, etc).
Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
Strong data management abilities , including loading data to salesforce via dataloader , and record of building and running complicated reports and queries
A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
Experience with e-commerce/classifieds platforms preferred
Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred
