Your Main Activities Are

• Support in the maintenance and development of the main Local HR application


• Support the successful deployment of strategic projects for the HR department
  
• Take the lead on the project management of small initiatives/projects


• Proactively contribute to the team development identifying improvement opportunities


• Perform research to support ongoing projects and practices


• Support in preparing workshops or meetings with internal clients

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Management or similar


• Fluency in English is mandatory


• Good proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft tools


• Good analytical skills


• Ability to develop and adapt a process


• Ability to collaborate and work well within a team


• Good adaptability skills

About the Team

• The HR Transformation team is responsible for driving change and transformation within the HR Portugal department, leading major projects, combining project management expertise with human resources knowledge
